Orders Below ₹399: May attract a minimal shipping charge calculated at checkout.

Cash-On-Delivery (COD): Attracts an additional COD handling fee (displayed at checkout).
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
3. Delivery Terms
Dispatch Time
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 hour to 48 hours of order placement.

5. Lost or Delayed Deliveries

You may be required to pay a reshipping fee. In such cases, we’ll contact you via your registered contact details.
7. Partial Cash On Delivery
Order Refusal or Non-Delivery
If the customer refuses to accept the order, fails to collect it, or does not answer the phone/door at the time of delivery, the shipment will be returned to us. In such cases, if any partial payment has been made in advance, it will be treated as non-refundable. This is because the two-way shipping and handling expenses (forward and return) are adjusted against the partial payment.
