At DRAKON LIFESTYLE INDIA, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we offer a flexible cancellation policy under specific conditions outlined below.

✅ Order Cancellation Window

You may request a cancellation:

  • Within 2 hours of placing the order, in the case of:

    • Personalized or Print-on-Demand products, provided production hasn’t started yet.

    • All other orders that haven’t been shipped or dispatched.

We recommend providing your order number and reason for cancellation for faster processing.

❌ Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled under the following conditions:

  • The product has already been customized or printed.

  • The product has entered the shipping process or been dispatched.

  • The 2-hour cancellation window has passed.

🔁 Replacement Option

If you mistakenly placed an order or wish to change the product:

  • You can request a replacement within 2 hours.

⚖️ Important Notes

  • Refunds for cancelled orders (if applicable) will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

  • Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–15 business days.

  • Partial cancellation of a bundle or combo may not be possible depending on the product type.

📅 7-Day Return Policy – Overview

We offer a 7-day return window starting from the date you receive your item. After 7 days, unfortunately, we can’t accept return requests.


✅ Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • You must provide proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)

  • An unedited unboxing video is mandatory for all claims

⚠️ Note: Returns sent without approval will be rejected.


🔁 Return Process and Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping.

  • For all other return reasons, a return fee of ₹180 (approx., based on parcel size) will be deducted from your refund.

  • A 1% restocking fee may apply in certain cases.


🛠 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

What to Do if Your Order Has Issues:

  • Contact us immediately after delivery

  • Include your unedited unboxing video

  • Describe the issue clearly (damage, defect, or wrong item)

We’ll evaluate and offer a resolution — refund, replacement, or exchange.


🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Personal care and hygiene products

  • Hazardous or flammable items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/discounted items

🔄 Exchanges – What’s Allowed?

Exchanges are only available for:

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect products received

Once your return is accepted, you may re-order the desired item.


💳 Refunds – Timeline & Method

Once we inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Refund Timing:

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–15 business days

  • COD orders are refunded via bank transfer

    Undeliverable Packages / Reattempts

    If a package is returned to us due to:

    • Incorrect or incomplete address

    • Multiple failed delivery attempts

    • Recipient unavailable

    You may be required to pay a reshipping fee. In such cases, we’ll contact you via your registered contact details.

    Partial Cash On Delivery

    Order Refusal or Non-Delivery
    If the customer refuses to accept the order, fails to collect it, or does not answer the phone/door at the time of delivery, the shipment will be returned to us. In such cases, if any partial payment has been made in advance, it will be treated as non-refundable. This is because the two-way shipping and handling expenses (forward and return) are adjusted against the partial payment.

🇪🇺 EU Buyers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel and return it within 14 days for any reason.

Conditions for EU returns:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required
