At DRAKON LIFESTYLE INDIA, our primary goal is to ensure you have a pleasant and satisfying shopping experience. We offer a replacement guarantee if the product you receive is damaged or defective.


Replacement Guarantee

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered at
📧 drakon.lifestyle@gmail.com to initiate a replacement.

Note: Product color or print may vary slightly due to screen brightness and resolution. Minor color variations are not eligible for return or replacement.

Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.


Exchange & Replacement Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. If your product is damaged, defective, or broken during transit, we will replace it free of charge.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Damaged or Defective Products: Report within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at - drakon.lifestyle@gmail.com. An unboxing video is required to process the claim.

  • Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, and in perfect resalable condition.

  • "You may be asked to submit a screenshot of your phone model for mobile case orders or provide relevant proof for verification."

If the replacement product is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

Non-Eligible Conditions

  • Incorrect size, design, or model chosen by the customer.

  • Items damaged or altered due to customer misuse.

  • Replacement requests made after 7 days of delivery.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at - drakon.lifestyle@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue.

  2. Once approved, securely pack the product and ship it to:

Please use a trackable shipping service we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages during return transit.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are accepted only before production begins for print-on-demand or personalized products.

  • Email cancellation requests within 2 hours of placing the order to -  drakon.lifestyle@gmail.com.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.


Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the replacement is due to our error.


Replacement Process

  • For wrong product deliveries, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Replacement shipments will be processed within 48 hours after approval.

  • If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

  • Replacement products cannot be returned or replaced again.


Additional Notes

  • For missing package claims, Proof of Delivery (POD) is required.

    Undeliverable Packages / Reattempts

    If a package is returned to us due to:

    • Incorrect or incomplete address

    • Multiple failed delivery attempts

    • Recipient unavailable

    You may be required to pay a reshipping fee. In such cases, we’ll contact you via your registered contact details.

    Partial Cash On Delivery

    Order Refusal or Non-Delivery
    If the customer refuses to accept the order, fails to collect it, or does not answer the phone/door at the time of delivery, the shipment will be returned to us. In such cases, if any partial payment has been made in advance, it will be treated as non-refundable. This is because the two-way shipping and handling expenses (forward and return) are adjusted against the partial payment.
