As a small business specializing in print-on-demand and other unique products, we have always aimed to offer flexible payment options. However, a significant number of COD orders have been canceled prior to delivery, causing considerable losses.

Each canceled COD order impacts our ability to produce and deliver high-quality products efficiently. To continue serving you better, we have revised our COD process to include a partial upfront payment.

💡 What Does This Mean for You?

  • When placing a COD order, you will be required to pay a small upfront amount at the time of ordering.

  • The remaining balance will be collected when your order is delivered to your doorstep.

This change helps us reduce cancellations and maintain the quality and sustainability of our services.

Undeliverable Packages / Reattempts

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

  • Recipient unavailable

You may be required to pay a reshipping fee. In such cases, we’ll contact you via your registered contact details.

Partial Cash On Delivery

Order Refusal or Non-Delivery
If the customer refuses to accept the order, fails to collect it, or does not answer the phone/door at the time of delivery, the shipment will be returned to us. In such cases, if any partial payment has been made in advance, it will be treated as non-refundable. This is because the two-way shipping and handling expenses (forward and return) are adjusted against the partial payment.
