Printing Terms & Cancellation Policy

1. Images

All product images displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly due to differences in screen displays and monitor settings, which can affect color accuracy.

2. Product Details

Product images and photos are intended as references and may not exactly represent the final product.

3. Cancellation of Orders

  • You may request cancellation of your order within 2 hour from the time the order was placed.

  • All cancellation requests made within this time frame will be accepted, and refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

  • A processing fee of ₹60 will be deducted for all canceled orders.

  • Cancellation requests made after 2 hour will not be accepted.

4. Customization Orders

  • For personalized products such as customized mobile covers, if you place an order without uploading the required image, we will email you to request the picture.

  • If you do not provide the image within 7 days, we will proceed with the order using a generic design or no customization, and no refunds will be issued for such orders.
